Meccano Models – Andreas Konkoly

About Andreas Konkoly

Andreas Konkoly (1918-2003) was one of the most famous of all Meccano model-builders, and published an enormous number of plans for unique and unusual Meccano models.  The original plans that he used to sell all over the world have apparently been purchased and there are often murmurings of intention to re-publish them, either in original form or re-written with new photographs.  In the meantime, here is a bunch of links to related information and some pictures supplied by Spanners of their builds of some Konkoly models.

Egg Guilloche Meccanograph, Supermodel 40. Mike Fallows comments: "I found this machine very limited to type & size of patterns and I intend to rebuild to address its limitations."
