Marked NOVEDADES POCH MADE IN SPAIN in a circle and having a red plastic governor. Found in Spanish Metaling and Meccano-Metaling sets and in French Meccano boxes of late 70's and early 80's. Info and picture supplied by "longrine". It's main spring is coiled in the opposite direction of that used by the Binns Road version, so this one runs "backwards".
