Nick V, Come and join us on the Rust Bucket forum, you can show photos and discuss Space 2501 sets further.

Great site! I have an incomplete 1978 "Space 2501" set referred to as a "specimen set" on Page 14 of the January 1979 Meccano Magazine issue. Does anyone know if there was ever a manual or parts list for that set?
I also have a 1979 set with the manual, but there are significant parts differences between the two sets, so the 1979 manual doesn't work. Also, the plastic flexible plates in the 1979 version are metal in the specimen set, and the missile/launcher are wood. Thanks for any info!

There is an excellent advanced model of the Star Wars At-At Walker in Dave Yarnold's gallery, (look for image 88290), but I am not aware of the existence of any instructions for this or indeed any other similar model.

Peter Griffin      (at 2:40am, Tue 17th Sep, 19)

Can anyone source instructions to construct the starr wars
AT AT Walker please
