The stage upstairs provided the setting for John Hornsby, on one of his rare excursions South, to display his truly magnificent Derrick Crane.
This was modelled on a 30 year old German prototype that John's father had erected in the UK. It features a 10 foot jib and supporting framework of appropriate scale.
