Barry Gerdes has kindly scanned a pristine collection of 10-set leaflets from 1971 at very high resolution, and sent me them. I have attempted to assemble them into PDF files as the 'definitive copy' of these leaflets. Trading off size and quality is always a compromise, but I think these PDFs are a good balance. They are supplied as 200dpi, but contrast enhanced and saved without any JPG processing (which is tricky to do with a PDF, usually). As a result they show up very well on screen and print through a laser printer better than previously created 300dpi versions, and yet are only a few Mb each so quick to download.
