This gallery is devoted to the many different gears produced by Meccano Ltd over the years. At one stage I set out to own one of every possible variant that Meccano produced, but soon realised that was a near impossible task: Some of the really short run versions have proven themeselves very difficult to find, so I expect the collection to continue to have gaps for years to come! Initially, I will be focussing on the more unusual varieties.
