I saw this hank in a collection in the Uk. It caught my eye because it didn't look like just a red hank screwed by age and environment! It was BROWN! I wouldn't have given it a second glance if I thought it was anything other than brown! I add it here as an anomoly. I have not seen another...anyone? The more I look at this, I see that the wind is indicitive of the early blue era. I never measured the thickeness..It sure looks like an H1...could this be the "natural" they talk about?
