Spiral Ball Lifters
These lifters all use an Archimedian spiral to lift the balls. They are hand operated and employ a ratchet device to prevent the handle being turned the wrong way.

I'm looking for a mechanism for minigolf that can capture the ball from the 18th hole and transfer it to the POS bldng. 10 20 ft away. Any ideas? |

I have just finished another Ball Lifter, quite a struggle this one. Eventually got there in the end. Am now using Golf Practise Balls (very similar to Ping Pong Balls. you'll find mine on You Tube or nzmeccano, as usual. Keep up the good work. |

I love the Ball Lifters, there are so many variations to try, this will keep me going for ages. I hope you don't mind me copying some of the ideas. I recently took one to a show. There was a lot of interest in it. Keep up the good work. |
