The presence of a #125 reversed angle bracket means that this instruction can´t be older than 1921. Otherwise, the bolting of the hook only works with a thin #23 pulley (the standard one being too thick for a #37 bolt), which supposedly was discontinued in 1914. Much to learn building this oldies!
