Canon Inkjet copier recycled and reused  

Recyclable materials, top row (left to right): Plastics, Electronics and Metals bins w respective contents. Below (l-r): 6mm white felt (used as oil/ swarf wipes on my lathe), then (different module)gears and details of POM/ Delrin, both lying on the (really flat 4 x 250 x 360 mm float glass) copier top. White tray (top-down): Different springs, POM rollers w 2,5 mm axles, and a few flat ferrite cores. Rack strips & gears, Yet unchecked PSU w blue leads. (l-r below): 5, 7 & 10 mm drill rod axles 9-12" length, a few black POM parts: Heavy duty hinges, gears, and 4 DC PM motors w toothed belts. Apart from saving the globe, my uni also saves a few quid in "recycling fee". Win- Win!
