Girder Frame Bulle Pendulum
I have redesigned the upper pendulum, using two Girder Frames as the structural members to replace the brassware assembly used by Keith.
It is now more robust and provides all the adjustment flexibility of the original, in particular the ability to set the Pawl as required to engage and turn the Ratchet by just one tooth at a time. I've also provided a convenient adjustment for setting the points gap, this being an important aspect to getting this clock running nicely!
There is no change to the lower part of the pendulum. It remains as before.
