48-#310 lamp holder  

A simple cylinder formed into a Miniature Edison Screw to take a normal small bulb of the day. Nickel plated ones seem to be earlier. They also appear in brass. The nickel ones are 13.5mm (0.53") overall and 10.35mm (0.401") OD
