30-#306 terminal nut  

Note the shape and size of these. There often is confusion between these and the 6ba motor terminal nuts of the day. These are larger, the knurled portion is larger and they are flat topped. They are 8mm (0.315") tall and the knurled portion is 3mm wide. The flare on the base is 2mm wide.
