I have been trying to make a wall mounted G gauge track in my room. This is using aluminium curtain channels for the straights and regular curved track pieces. My previously built engines like the erector Hudson do not work on it, though I can run a ready built Bachmann engine on it. I have built this free lance Diesel shunting loco to test it. It is powered with a No. 1 clockwork motor. This loco can complete one round of the track but if I just use the motor and the wheels it can complete two rounds.
