23 Pulley no boss ½; 12.5mm, Meccano England, brass paint on brass. From a set 3 new in 1963, and an earlier set 3 of the early to mid 1950s. This part was probably replaced by the plastic version just before they stopped painting solid brass bits to look like brass - Why did they bother??
