38-H7-1 -1950's? lite green hank-shorter

This variety shows up once in a while. It is postwar, I think, but is shorter at 4" than the standard H7 hank. It is thicker wrapped so still contains the 14 feet of cord. It is decidedly lighter green but in the lime shade as oppsed to the H6 that is mint or pastel green. Was there a different winder employed for a time and/or a different supplier? They show up often enough to say that it is not a one-off......
