Martin, for a guide to prices I would search online for similar condition sets being offered for sale, and monitor their actual selling (as opposed to asking!) prices. Besides the usual online auction sites might I suggest you search for "Meccano Collectors' Corner"

Simon, There is a further complication in that PDF documents cannot be uploaded to this site if they exceed 10Mb in size. This wasn't a problem in the past, but it is now.
