Since January 1952, the French guarantee slips indicate the date of the end of the guarantee. The validity of the guarantee was five years (Only two for the electric motors) It seems to be a specifity of the French market.

Sorry to be so late to answer but I had not seen your message. The first post war French N°10 that I know is November 1955.(But it is only what I have seen....)
