Ball race inside Watts tyre
This shows how the ball race unit can be wedged inside a Watts style solid rubber tyre. A Meccano Wheel flange is a snug fit inside the hub and is gripped by the slightly protruding plastic spacers. A ring of 2.5" curved strips (part 90a) covers the gap between the curved 5.5" strips and the tyre.
