It is almost certainly the case that these early accessory outfits came with the parts wrapped in red paper with an oval Meccano sticker on them. Note the box is of a very different design and smaller than the one in the next picture which shows a later 5a with the parts strung to a card. The previous picture shows the whole of this outfit.
