Again, a case of a small picture, without text or any detailed view. So, some questions arise. Green arrow: the steering mechanism seems to be a #26-#27 gearing, although it is not clear how the steering axle is pivoted. Also, the steering would work in the opposite direction. Blue arrow: it shows what seems to be a cantilever fixing of the sector plate. Yellow arrow: it is not clear what this axle is for, but has very probably to do with the tilting mechanism. Red arrow: this is probaly a mechanism to control the dump body´s door. So, I printed a list of a 1916´s N°-3-set content, prepared the parts, and tried to build the truck as close to the drawing as possible, knowing from the beginning that I would make changes.
