Two gearboxes controlled by a single linkage. Entering from the right is a Rod joined to a Keyway Rod by a Coupling. A Contrate takes rotation to the three-speed box and, by axial movement, to the two-speed gearbox via a Strip Coupling then a 5” Crank Handle (also seen in Fig. 58).
