Here is my attempt at the Challenge for 2017 – a steeple cab electric locomotive, based on one of the two Victorian Railways E Class locomotives built in 1923 for goods traffic around the suburban areas of Melbourne.

It uses almost all the parts of the Outfit 2, plus 12 additional parts, excluding additional nuts and bolts:

2 off Part 190a Flexible Plate 3 1/2” x 2 1/2”

2 126 Trunnion - (additional for the pantograph)

4 12a Angle Bracket 1” x ½”

2 102 Single Bent Strip

2 38d Washer ¾” dia
