I added an extra axle with a couple of pulleys to take the hoist cords down the jib (the model plan had them simply running over the axle the jib pivots on). The downside of this is that the rear cord fouls the large bevel gear for the rotation mechanism. Sorting this would take more of a rebuild than I have the appetite for!
