Steady progress on the Tourbillon base and lifting arms. The 12.5" strips holding the arms up are temporary. The Meccano battery boxes will be filled with lead. I picked up a lot of fishing sinkers in the clearance bin at K-Mart and I'm mulling over whether to melt them down into a block that fits into the battery box or just squeeze them in as they are. Johnny reckons blow torch and melt them!
