Are the 1927 Manuals being shown the complete range? I have the Englsh Edition of No. 27 which has the price shown as 2/6 but there is not one shown in your gallery.

The 1930 version of "How to Use Meccano Parts" begins with an interesting method of making a rectangle out of standard strips. It shows how, over the years since 1930, Pythagoras' theorum has varied.
Or perhaps it's the rules of multiplication that have been amended.
