Anyway, I’ve come up with something I think better (in picture 62), which mercifully makes use of the short threaded couplings I had originally bought to make up the ‘disaster’ cam, now aborted.

These are fixed to the bush wheels, but the ‘rocker’ will ‘roll’ to compensate.
