DIY 3D printed 63 T gear for the mm/ TPI thread cutting

-Naw- it doesn't look good, but it surely works! Seems to be my pastime or life-long curse? Tried out our new 30 grand 3D printer at work. PLA is good enough, and the inherent error of the 50/63 (instead of the proper, but obviously unfittable 100/127) gear combo of 1/8 thou is by far better precision than the old 1/2" Whit tap I used up 'til now. Now I've just gotta grind & relieve a precision 40,07 deg HSS cutter, to get the rig going on the brass lead screw & tool steel hob for the NFGC, while awaiting the Chinese milling gear* to relieve the hob before hardening and final grind. Xmas vacation coming up for burning midnite oil on this project: Stocked up with brass and drill rod enough for at least a fortnight's use. Homebrewed handle (former bike pedal crank) operation will be less harsh on family or neighbors than going "full auto" when threadcutting in the wee hours. *ER32 Collet chucks & set, a nice bouquet of milling cutters, lathe tools and inserts, thread gauges and a test indicator for good measure. // Now realizing I just turned the idler 45/50-pair the wrong way... Hence, I unintentionally got 14,82 TPI. -Dang, should've checked. No big deal - easily reworked.
