Insulating Elektrikit

How to mount an Elektrikit commutator on to a girder using heatshrink and 4mm plastic washers to electrically isolate the copper commutator tracks from the steel girder. I got these 4mm plastic washers on ebay. 2 bucks for a hundred, with free delivery from China. The solder lugs were from Jaycar in Australia but I'm sure they're also available on ebay.
