Second op Hand tooling  

Small Threaded Parts made in a lathe such as Handrail parts may need hand finishing to save wrecking the part. This tool safely holds the part in the vice. -- thereis very little tapre on the back face of a die. - So reverse the die in the holder the hand thread the part up to the face, spin it back and Bingo - Job done safely - I have other holders too in the workshop - so hence No 1 `
